Details

07/22/1942 - 01/19/1945
All Army dependents will be familiar with an Army Immunization Register. Unlike civilians, Army dependents don't leave immunization cards at doctor's offices, but carry them from each duty station. Of interest, the card seems to be signed by a female doctor commissioned into the Medical Corps, rare during this time period.
