Christmas Menu created for the WAC Officers Mess at Fort Des Moines, Iowa in December 1944. The menu is handwritten on the inside with various WAC signatures. There is a sentence inside that indicates an attempt to ration food.

The Armed Forces traditionally creates menus for each holiday meal that are used as souvenirs, especially during times of conflict.
